Return & Refund Policy

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if:

The product is damaged.
The wrong product was delivered.
The product has a manufacturing defect.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for:

Customized products
Group order products
Innerwear
Used products
Products without original tags
Products damaged after delivery

Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Exchange Policy

We offer size exchanges within 7 days of delivery, subject to stock availability. The product must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.

Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
